Catrin's amazing recovery from 96 per cent burns
Catrin Pugh suffered 96 per cent burns when she was in a coach crash in France.
She spent three months in a medically induced coma and was only given a one in a thousand chance of survival.
But ground breaking surgery at Whiston Hospital on Merseyside helped her beat those odds.

Rachel Townsend's exclusive report with Catrin Pugh. Catrin tells us of her remarkable journey to recover from 96pc burns. Travelling back from a ski trip in Alps D'Huez, France last year the coach she was on crashed into the mountainside and burst into flames.

Parents of coach crash victim given daily updates over daughter's chances of survival
Sara and Carl Pugh from Wrexham in North Wales say they were first told Catrin had a 1:1000 chance of making it - her father Carl says when they were told her chances had risen to 40% it was wonderful and music to their ears.

Coach blaze victim says she misses reading as her sight is still poor
Catrin Pugh who suffered severe burns after the coach she was on caught fire when she travelling back from a ski-ing trip in France last April. She says she loved reading but her sight remains poor and she still needs 24 hour assistance. Despite her injuries Catrin says she can now see a future.

Consultant says he's never known anyone to survive 96% burns
Consultant at the Mersey Burns unit says Catrin was in a critical but stable condition when she was flown back from France. She was put into a medically induced coma and has had over 200 operations and procedures. Catrin is one of only a few people in the world to recover from such severe burns.
