Help for virus patients who've been in critical care

A man who spent two months in critical care after contracting Avian Flu has set up a charity ICU Steps in Chester to help Covid-19 patients.

Miles Negus-Fancey has already helped a number of Coronavirus patients and their families on the long road to recovery.

He was in a coma for 2 months and was told it would take 10 to 14 days to recover for every one day he was in hospital.

He thinks it's important for families to realise they're not on their own and help is available out there.
