WATCH: Requests for Manchester bomber's brother to be extradited to the UK
It is unclear tonight whether an armed group in Libya holding the brother of the Manchester Arena bomber will consider allowing him to be extradited to the UK.
Hashem Abedi is the younger brother of Salman Abedi, who blew himself up, killing 22 people at a pop concert in May.
Initially, the militia holding Hashem Abedi said they would refuse to release him. But reports emerging in the last hour suggest they may let him leave if certain legal conditions are met.
David Jarvis, whose teenage daughter Lucy was injured in the blast, says the Government needs to do all it can to bring Abedi to the UK to face justice.
