Armed robbers steal four puppies from Wigan home
Armed robbers have stolen a litter of puppies has been stolen from a house in Wigan.
Two men, carrying a knife and a meat cleaver, broke into a house on Prestt Grove at around 8.30pm on Monday, October 3.
A woman was home alone with her children when she was confronted by the two men and threatened with the meat cleaver.
The men then made off with four Dogue de Bordeaux puppies.
The puppies are three tan-coloured bitches called Deon, Pepper and Decota and one tan-coloured dog called Ty.
The first man has been described as white, aged between 25 and 30-years-old, about 5ft 8ins, with a tanned complexion, of stocky build and carrying a kitchen knife.
The second man has been described as white, about 35-years-old, around 6ft, with shaven hair, tattoos on his neck and wearing a grey Nike sweatshirt with multi-coloured detail on the top of the arms.
