Diabetic claims benefit sanctions forced leg amputation

A man with diabetes says he had to have his leg amputated because his benefits were unfairly stopped for months.

David Boyce, from Salford says his condition spiralled out of control because he couldn't afford to feed himself properly.

David has now won the case to have his benefits reinstated but he says the news came too late.
