Porsche crushed under a van in Manchester city centre

Police are investigating after a luxury Porsche was left crushed under a van in Manchester city centre.

The crash happened on Fairfield Street, near Piccadilly Station, after 8am on Friday morning.

Officers were called to the scene and found a van belonging to Chorlton's Barbakan Deli on top of a red Porsche Cayman.

Police said the driver of one of the vehicles suffered back injuries during the collision, but no-one was seriously hurt.
