Admiral Park and Leale's Yard in Guernsey will be transformed, after planners gave approval to major developments at both sites.
Major development at Admiral Park approved
A major development at Admiral Park in Guernsey has been given the go ahead, in a unanimous decision by the island's Planning Committee.
Comprop wants to spend £70 million redeveloping the site in St Peter Port, which is currently used for parking.
A multi-screen cinema, a hotel, new offices and 700 parking spaces will be built there.
It is one of two developments being considered at an open planning meeting today.
