Ousted politician, Sarah Ferguson, says she will stand for the vacant Senatorial seat in Jersey's States.
It follows the resignation of Senator Zoe Cameron this morning.
Sarah Ferguson, a former Senator, failed to get the support of the electorate in the 2014 General Election.
There was a recount after the election, as there were less than 300 votes between Ferguson and Philip Ozouf, who claimed the 8th Senatorial seat.
