Jersey's women's football team have won their first ever NatWest Island Games gold medal after beating Aland 1-0.
Eve Watson scored the only goal of the game, her fourth in the last 3 matches, to round off an incredible tournament for the Caesarean.
The hosts were cheered on by a raucous home crowd at Springfield that helped them defy the odds against a strong and experienced Aland side.
GOLD: Jersey's women have done it. They've bested Aland in the football final 1-0.
The weekend event coincides with International Pride Month and the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall riots.
