Chantelle crowned Miss Battle

Chantelle Mundy has been crowned Miss Jersey Battle of Flowers 2015.

The 19-year old video journalist became the 62nd holder of the title on Saturday evening and was crowned by last year’s winner Holly Perchard.

The judges for this year’s competition, which was held at the Jersey Arts Centre, were Battle Vice-Chairman, Mo Le Var, former Miss Battle of Flowers 2007, Victoria Trehorel and Battle stalwart Sandra Matthew.

Chantelle will lead the Battle of Flowers Parades on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th August as well as attending a number of functions both on and off-island representing Jersey and the Battle of Flowers as part of her 12-month reign.
