Equality charity roll out workplace diversity scheme in Guernsey

A Channel Islands charity which supports Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities is launching a diversity in the workplace scheme in Guernsey.

The programme called DIFERA (diversity, inclusion, fairness, equality, respect and acceptance) was rolled out in Jersey earlier this year.

It hopes to encourage organisations to introduce or improve their diversity and inclusion initiatives.
