Guernsey 'wonder drug' producer charged by UK Fraud Division
David Noakes, creator of controversial drug GcMAF, has been charged with conspiracy to manufacture a medicinal product without a licence.
The former Guernsey resident is being prosecuted by the Specialist Fraud Division of the Crown Prosecution Service.
The 64-year-old has also been charged with a number of other offences.
He is due to appear at Folkestone Magistrate's Court on 20th September.
