Police are appealing for information after a boy lost his life following a collision in Erdington yesterday.
Emergency services were called and paramedics treated the boy who was taken to hospital with critical injuries, but despite their best efforts he sadly died later that day.
The driver of the bus was spoken to at the scene and officers continue to make enquiries into the collision.
Police have set up a diversion around Wilton road in Erdington after a boy was hit by a bus at around 15:10 this afternoon. The boy has been rushed to hospital with injuries and another man is also being treated for minor injuries.
