Archaeologists in Lincoln unearth Medieval objects
Archaeologists in Lincoln have found a number of items from Medieval times following a community dig in the grounds of a church on the city's high street.
Historical experts and volunteers have been searching for the remains of a 12th century church in the grounds of the existing St Botolph-by-Bargate Church.
It's the first of a number of projects planned for this year. The finds included medieval window glass, roof tiles and clay pipes.
