Cyclist found dead at side of road in Birmingham

A cyclist has died after being found at the side of a road in Birmingham last night.

The man was found in bushes near Handsworth Cemetery on Camp Lane at around 9.30pm.

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "It quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
