Tractor selfie campaign for mental health goes viral

The "tractor selfie 4 rob" is the latest social media campaign that has gone viral in the farming community. Farmers are taking selfies next to their tractors in a bid to raise awareness of mental health issues in the industry.

The charity challenge was launched by Alex Paskefrom Stamford in memory of her friend Rob Chapman, a farmer who took his own life last year.

The challenge is already going viral as when one selfie is posted, the person then nominated more to join in.

Money raised will go to the Papyrus mental health charity chosen by Rob's family. It works for the prevention of young suicides in the UK.
