The latest developments on the investigation into the deaths of six children at a house fire in Derby in May. Paul Barry Mosley (45), Mick Philpott (55) and Mairead Philpott (31) are accused of six counts of murder.
A man from Derby is due in court later, charged with murdering six children who died after a fire at their home in Allenton in May.
Paul Mosley, who is 45, was last night (5 November) charged with the murders of Jade Philpott, 10, and her brothers John, nine, Jack, eight, Jesse, six, Jayden, five, and 13-year-old Duwayne.
Their parents, Mick Philpott, 55, and his 31-year-old wife Mairead, have also been charged with all six murders. They are due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday (8 November).
A 49-year-old man who was also arrested yesterday by Derbyshire Police has been released without charge.
