Dunlop Motorsport have blamed their site landlord for the company having to close its Birmingham tyre factory.
James Bailey said the company did make a firm offer to remain on the site.

'A day of shame for Goodyear Dunlop' says MP
On the day that Goodyear Dunlop brings tyre manufacturing to an end in Birmingham, Jack Dromey, the MP for Erdington, has said it is 'a day of shame' for the company.
He also had a message to the workforce, saying they 'deserved better', and that he would work to get them a new job.
Birmingham Dunlop Motorsport factory to close today
125 years of tyre-making will end at the Dunlop Motorsport factory in Birmingham today.
The closure of the plant was announced in February, with 241 people made redundant.
Despite calls from MPs to keep production in the city, production is being moved 3,500 miles away to Ohio in America.
