East Midlands Weather: Some snow but temperatures rising

This Evening and Tonight:Coldest during the evening, with temperatures very gradually climbing overnight and strong winds also gradually easing. Despite the less cold conditions, some further intermittent snow is expected, bringing a risk of icy stretches.

Saturday:Less cold than of late, with some limited sunny spells, but with a risk of ice, both from compacted snow and also intermittent sleet and perhaps eventually a little rain.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:Less windy and less cold than of late, however there will be some spells of rain, with sleet and snow mainly on hills leading to icy stretches.
