Tributes paid to MP Jo Cox at anniversary event

An Indian music choir held a minute's silence to remember Labour MP Jo Cox who was shot dead in Yorkshire.

The tribute was paid during an event to celebrate the first anniversary of the British Carnatic Choir (BCC), a singing group inspired by the sounds of South Indian classical music.

The ceremony which was held at Bournville Gardens Retirement Village in Birmingham was attended by dignitaries including the Lord Mayor of Coventry.
