Man charged with murder after stabbing at internet cafe
A man has been charged with murder after another man was stabbed to death at an internet cafe.
Douane Brown, 39, from Bickington Road, Birmingham, was arrested on Sunday evening by detectives investigating the incident on Cape Hill in Smethwick on Saturday afternoon.
The carpenter has also been charged with possession of a knife in public, West Midlands Police said.
The victim has been named as 36-year-old Horace Williams, from West Bromwich, although he has yet to be formally identified, police added.
