Man and woman found dead in car 'not suspicious'

Police say they are not treating the deaths of a man and woman found in a car in Wolverhampton as suspicious.

Officers were called to Cat and Kittens Lane in Bushbury at around 12.30pm yesterday.

Post mortem examinations will take place this afternoon to establish the cause of death.

The families of the 42-year-old man and 46-year-old woman are being supported by specialist officers.

A dog that was also found in the car has been taken to a local vet where it continues to be cared for.
