Drunk squirrel causes mass damage to Worcestershire pub

A drunk squirrel has caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to a pub in Worcestershire.

Sam Boulter, 62, who runs the Honeybourne Railyway Club, originally thought burglars had caused the damage until he discovered otherwise.

He was stunned when a squirrel emerged from behind a box of crisps "staggering around" and having managed to empty an entire barrel of beer onto the floor.

The squirrel caused the entire pub to be flooded as well as knocking glasses and bottles from the shelves.

A group of people worked together to capture the rodent and let it out of the building via a toilet window.
