Blaze at disused building in Rotherham

Firefighters are tackling a fire at a disused building on Doncaster Road, Dalton in Rotherham.

At the height of the fire overnight, there were six fire engines at the scene, with three still in attendance.

Officers managed to get the blaze under control at 8am this morning.

Police say Doncaster Road is partially closed and are urging people to try and avoid the area if possible.
