New landlords take over historic seaside chalet park
Hundreds of people who spend part of the year living in an historic seaside chalet park have new landlords after it was sold despite fears about possible rent rises.
One local councillor called for the sale of Humberston Fitties near Cleethorpes to be scrapped.
But North East Lincolnshire Council has now sold the park to Tingdene, a firm which owns around 40 other parks elsewhere in the country. Some of the chalets date back a hundred years.
