Police unveil rainbow car with pride
Humberside Police have unveiled two brightly coloured patrol cars ahead of the first UK national Pride event in Hull July 22nd.
When parked side by side, the cars form a rainbow, a symbol of LGBT Pride.
The unveiling took place in Queen Victoria Square and is part of the City of Culture’s Challenge Hull initiative. This weekly event invites people and community groups to set weekly challenges for the city - and for visitors to take part in and share on social media with the hashtag #challengehull.
This week's challenge was set by Pride in Hull to ‘make a rainbow.’
