First phase of Trinity Market's £3m makeover opens in Hull
The first phase of Trinity Market's £3million redevelopment has opened in Hull today.
Traders have moved into the new space - before the next phase opens in the autumn.
The historic market is being returned to its Edwardian heyday with new arched windows and views of Holy Trinity Church next door.
The chair of the Trinity Market Project says she was asked by the council leader to create a new market to act as a catalyst for the Old Town regeneration.
