A West Yorkshire scout troop launched a mission to get a bird's eye view of the county – by sending a balloon into near space.

Addingham Scouts captured some amazing aerial shots of the county by sending the inflatable 22 miles into the earth's atmosphere – three times the altitude of a jumbo jet.
