Several vehicles destroyed in garage fire

A number of cars and caravans have been destroyed in a major blaze at a car dealership in Mirfield.

More than 50 firefighters fought the blaze at Elams garage in Huddersfield Road last night. It's believed the fire spread from a caravan and car to a number of other vehicles on the forecourt. No-one was hurt but damage was extensive. Crews remain at the scene, damping down.
