Exit slip road on M1 reopens after lorry fire

An exit slip road on the M1 Northbound has reopened after a lorry fire.

The blaze at J40 A638 (Ossett / Wakefield) around 11am didn't impact the main carriageway - but meant the slip road had to be closed.

The lorry has now been removed from the scene and the road reopened.

There are no delays on the main carriageway.

Nobody was injured in the fire.
