Body found in search for missing Magdalena

Police searching for missing Magdelena Charciarek have found the body of a woman in a field in Doncaster.

Officers discovered the body on waste ground close to Potteric Carr Nature Reserve at around 2.10pm today as part of a large-scale search.

While formal identification is yet to take place, officers believe it to be missing Doncaster woman Magdelena Charciarek.

Ms Charciarek’s family have been informed.

South Yorkshire Police says there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
