Three things strike me about this exit poll.
Firstly, it suggests a late swing to the Conservatives. Have voters peered over the edge and decided to stick with what they know?
Secondly, it looks incredibly bad for the Lib Dems. It certainly suggests they'll struggle to hold seats like Bradford East, with the party leader Nick Clegg facing a nail-biter in Sheffield Hallam.
And lastly, what's really incredible is that the two main parties could end up with roughly the same number of seats between them as last time. So much for the collapse of two-party politics?
Though the SNP surge certainly is incredible.
