Home Affairs Committee announce draft bill to scrap PCCs

The Home Affairs select committee has announced a draft bill - allowing police complaints commissioners to be removed - following a motion of no confidence after the Rotherham abuse scandal.

The town's Labour MP, Sarah Champion said she thinks it is a good idea.
