Car seats still not being fitted correctly says council

Child seats are supposed to keep children safer in cars - but there are concerns too many parents could be putting their children in more danger because they are not fitting them properly.

Hull City Council has started a series of child car seat clinics to point out the dangers after finding as many as 90 percent were unsafe when checking them last year. Today 77 percent still failed.
