E-cigarettes banned in Lincoln council buildings
Electronic cigarettes are set to be banned in North Lincolnshire's council buildings as part of changes to the authority's no smoking policy.
There has been an increase in smokers switching to battery powered e-cigarettes cut out smoking altogether, but many restaurants have already banned them.
Now town hall officials say they should be outlawed in council buildings partly because they may create an impression for customers that it is acceptable to smoke.
