Row over library closures

A Lincolnshire community says their children are being let down by the council's plan to close two thirds of their libraries.

There are currently 45 libraries in the county, but the council would like to stop running 30 of them. Volunteers and a mobile service would be left to fill the gap. Michael Billington reports.
