Police investigation after man found dead near Goole

Humberside Police were called by the ambulance service at 8am after a man in his 20’s was found dead outside a property on St. Lawrence Avenue in the village of Snaith near Goole.

The site has been cordoned off while police investigate the circumstances that led to the man’s death. They are currently treating it as unexplained.

Officers say they are making initial enquiries into the incident and it is too early at this stage to give further information.
