Former council chief's bid for Police Commissioner role

Former Lincolnshire County Council chief executive David Bowles, who was widely credited with ensuring that ex- County Council leader Jim Speechley was convicted and jailed for misconduct in public office, has announced he will stand as a candidate for Lincolnshire's Police Commissioner.
