Woman racially abused by man on Sheffield bus
Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was racially abused by a man on a bus in Sheffield.
The incident is said to have happened on Monday 23rd April at around 6pm.
The 44-year-old black woman was travelling on the 51 First bus from Crosspool to Sheffield city centre when a man made a racial remark about her to someone on the phone.
The man is described as white, in his 50s, with short hair, tattoos on his hands and neck, and a heavily bandaged left arm. He was wearing shorts and a grey jumper.
Officers would like to speak to anyone on the bus who heard what happened.
