Ben Parkinson instructs lawyers over care concerns
Former paratrooper Ben Parkinson from Yorkshire, who was Britain's most seriously injured soldier to survive, has instructed lawyers to investigate concerns that not enough is being done to meet his care needs.
Ben, from Doncaster, was blown up in Afghanistan. His solicitors allege that the Ministry of Defence, NHS England and the Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group are breaching the Armed Forces Covenant - that the organisations have failed to meet his requirements and to properly coordinate his care provision.
