Sheffield man with terminal cancer conquers Everest
A man from Sheffield who has been told his cancer is terminal and that he has months to live has conquered Mount Everest.
Ian Toothill is believed to be the first cancer patient to climb the world's highest mountain.
The 47-year-old, a Sheffield Wednesday fan, planted a flag of rivals Sheffield United, when he reached the summit on Monday.
He has raised more than £31,000 for Macmillan.
