Hebden Bridge is top of the shops
Almost a year on from the Boxing Day floods, residents and businesses in Hebden Bridge are celebrating it being named the best small market town in Britain.
Record rainfall last December devastated the Calder Valley with almost 4,000 homes and businesses badly damaged by the floods.
