Going for Gold: Nick Matthew meets Nicola Adams

Nicola Adams started boxing in Leeds at the age of 12.

Two decades later Nicola is one of 12 boxers representing Team GB at the Rio Olympics, with her sights firmly set on defending the Gold medal she won four years ago.

As the run-up to Rio enters the home straight, ITV Calendar sent three-time world squash champion Nick Matthew to meet four Yorkshire Olympians at the very top of their game. Here's what happened when he met Nicola at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield.
