Firefighters called to caravan blaze in Kirkby Stephen

Firefighters have extinguished a blaze at a caravan on the A685 road at Kirkby Stephen.

Crews were called just after 11am this morning, and used two hose reels to bring the fire under control.

The road was closed in both directions while the incident was dealt with, but has now re-opened.
