Body found in River Nith
Police Scotland have reported that divers from the Police Scotland Marine Unit have this morning found the body of a man in the River Nith.
The body has been recovered from the water in the Caul area, in Dumfries.
The family of the missing man Charles Mellor have been informed of the find, although no formal identification has been made at this stage.
