Mountain runners descend on Lakeland fells

Some of Europe's best mountain runners have been competing in the Lakeland fells.

They were taking part in the Lakes Sky Ultra, a new race that's one of only a handful of Skyrunning races in the UK.

It combines mountain running with rock climbing and is big in Europe. Scotland, Wales and the Peak District have a sky race and now the Lake District has two.
