Body found on Flimby beach identified

Cumbria Police have confirmed the identification of the body of the man who was found on a beach in Flimby.

31-year-old Matthew Scott Holliday, from Main Road, Harrington, was found dead by a member of the public on Sunday 29 December.

There are no suspicious circumstances at this time and the details have been passed to the coroner.
