Full report: Refurbished stroke unit reopens in Borders

A newly refurbished unit for stroke patients is now open for business in the Scottish Borders, and former patients have described the transformation as 'night and day'.

Its launch coincides with a campaign that is urging people to act fast if they suspect someone is having a stroke.
