Mundell looks ahead to General Election and says Miliband is 'weak'
As well as criticising the last Labour government Mr Mundell also attacked its current leader Ed Miliband saying that in choosing him to replace Gordon Brown the Labour Party had, 'went from Mr Has-Been to Mr Never-Will-Be.'
He told Scottish conservatives that they faced two major battles in the near future, winning the upcoming referendum on independence and then the 2015 General Election.
He also took the opportunity to reiterate his support for Conservative leader David Cameron and told the conference that 'fine achievements' had been made during the last three years in coalition.
