Arm wrestling champion

After less than a year in the sport, Richard Miller is now a national arm wrestling champion... and he's now considering taking on the best in Europe. This is John Bevir's full report.

Arm wrestler Richard Miller, from Cumhinton in Cumbria, has just been crowned national champion.

He spoke to ITV Border about his success:

An arm wrestler from Cumwhinton in Cumbria has set his sights on Europe, after winning a national championship in Manchester.

31-year-old Richard Miller spent months training for the competition, and managed to beat a 26 stone man in the final!
